Leonardo Royal Hotel Koeln - Am Stadtwald

We had a great Xmas stay at this hotel with beautiful views of the lake and a peaceful surrounding park. The nature around us was the best part, making it the perfect place to relax during our holiday. The comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep, and we loved the nice design of the hotel. Plus, the free parking was a great advantage.

Although the hotel was clean, we were disappointed with the outdated furniture and worn carpets. The breakfast was expensive for a standard buffet, and we found better options at a bakery across the road.

I had an amazing time staying at this hotel! The location is perfect, situated in a beautiful and quiet park surrounded by greenery and a stunning lake view. The service provided was top-notch as the staff were always cheerful and helpful in assisting with all my needs. Additionally, the amenities provided such as 24-hour room service, shops, laundry and housekeeping were of high quality and made my stay even more comfortable.

I would highly recommend this venue to any family or friends looking for a luxurious and comfortable hotel to stay in. The beautiful park views, convenient location not far from the city centre, and excellent service provided were all worth it!

We were delighted with the location of this hotel, surrounded by a forest area that offered fantastic paths for running and peaceful walks. The hotel was also conveniently located next to a lovely park and the beautiful lake, providing a serene atmosphere. The rooms were clean, and some even had stunning views of the lake. The breakfast and conference breaks were delicious, offering a variety of options to start the day off right.

The staff seemed indifferent and unhelpful at times, which put a damper on our overall experience.

Upgrade to room with lake view, clean room, kind and helpful staff, lovely breakfast, great location, good accessibility to public transport.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location, nestled in a beautiful park and facing a small lake, was amazing. It was also conveniently close to the city park and had excellent public transport connections to the city center. The staff was friendly and helpful, making me feel welcomed. The cleanliness of the room was perfect, and the hotel facilities were great. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of options that catered to all tastes.

We were able to bring our two dogs along for a small fee, made our trip much more enjoyable. the hotel's proximity to a large park was perfect for our daily walks. The room itself was modern and well-designed, with the exception of the tiny shower. Despite a few minor inconveniences, our overall experience at Leonardo Royal Hotel was positive.
